Limitless sacrifice of oneself, in regard to food, to clothes, to occupation, to state, to place (in the homeland or among the enemies of the faith, where perhaps a certain death awaits) etc., etc., in one word: not placing any boundaries, even if one would to perish for the Immaculate somewhere under a fence out of hunger and penury — this is the necessary character of Niepokalanów…

There is something heroic here, but otherwise — it would be hard to attain the goal of M.I. That is what appears to me. Is this is an exaggeration — I do not know. But it seems to me that otherwise we would have to start limiting the intensity of our fight, while there are so many souls which do not know yet neither the Immaculate, nor the Saviour.
